Exceptionally read. Distinct characters rendered by a mellifluous voice.
Absolutely Beautiful
Angels Walk
Spoiler Alert!! This is a charming, and strangely mystical, if not metaphysical story of a precocious little boy's relationship with the spirit, within the wind. The last chapter made me cry, and I HATE to cry, yet I wouldn't have this book end any other way than with the child's death. The LibriVox Volunteer has the perfect voice for this little tale, and I truly loved every moment I spent listening to her read to me.
a story for adult kids

This is a children's story that is deep enough for adults... Both child-like adults and those who would like to be more child-like. This reader's voice is perfect for this book.
Beautiful story, beautifully read

This is a story that I first encountered as an audio drama by Focus on the Family. Since then, I have both read the book and now listened to this audio version. I had nearly forgotten the fantastic beauty of Diamond’s dear little heart. It moved me to tears as I neared the end, for I have grown to love his honest and genuine little words, songs, and ways. What a blessing to have such a story to guide us to, as North Wind put it, the one who is able to love more than me. By His grace I have also come to know this One—Jesus Christ. And His spirit throbs in every line of this dear little story.
fantastic reading
