Andy Adams
Andy Adams worked as a cowboy on trail drives from Texas for eight years. This is an account of a drive when he was the foreman of a herd of Texas cattle being driven to Montana. Expect the same quality writing as found in other books by Adams. (Summary by Richard Kilmer) (10 hr 14 min)

Good story. Excellent reader.
Anther good cattle drive tale!
Ancient Aunt
Another good cowboy cattle driving tale by Andy Adams. This one gets a half star reduction only because of the complex legalities of this particular tale (I'm still not sure if I understand the finer points!), but the author's knowledge of cattle, drives, and the west remains superb throughout. As always, this particular Librivox volunteer reader's voice and pacing are perfect for a western story.
John Price
good story well written and well read, I look forward to hearing more of this authors work. for he has a very good prospective of the cowboy life style and the reactions to the cattles actions and was a enjoyable way to listen some time away.. ENJOY
