Sylvie and Bruno Concluded

Sylvie and Bruno Concluded continues the adventures of the many characters in the previous volume Sylvie and Bruno. The fairy-children Sylvie and Bruno are charming whenever they appear, their fairy companions such as the Professor delight in taking ideas to their logical (and humorous) conclusions, and many nonsense songs are sung. Meanwhile, the mortals (comprised of the unnamed narrator, the gracious Lady Muriel and the sententious Arthur) tend to become the vehicles for Carroll's regular sermons on morality and proper Christian values. Fanciful but boring

(3 Sterne)

I didnt like how the story was split between the adventures of The Fairy Children and a literary soap opera. I thought the best part was the beginning which revolved around the conspiracy of The Warden's Brother taking over the country after convincing everybody he was dead

An insight to the mind of a child, absurdities and imagination. Also the story has a plot that follows grown up characters seeking life and growing their bond of friendship.
