I really enjoyed listening to the narrator communicate not only the words in this poem in the set of stories such a coloring in his voice set nude for the entire piece Longfellow is one of my favorite poets and so to find this with an aerator was that pitch of voice and so smooth and clear and clean was amazing. that 2 hours and 44 minutes went by in a Flash and I can listen to it again and again. well done very well done. I am using talk to text pardon any grammatical errors I cannot physically type. outstanding example of the book

Excellent reading of wonderful poetry

(5 Sterne)

I have visited the Wayside Inn in Sudbury Massachusetts. Wonderful place to have lunch as the various dining rooms are furnished with period pieces and an excellent menu. A bit of history on the Inn is here. It was that visit that first turned me on to Tales from a Wayside Inn. Oh, everyone has heard of the Midnight Ride of Paul Revere, but there is so much more here that takes us on wings of flight to see new vistas and people. And Peter's reading? It is excellent! Listening to Peter opened the poetry in ways that I just didn't get when I read it to myself. This audiobook was a great experience all around.
