Deconstructing common mistakes
P.B.
The books is a great introduction to self-hypnosis (and also to hypnosis in general), although a bit outdated. A lot of misconceptions and prejudgements are addressed. The narrator does an excellent job and the recording is likewise superb. Still, it is a bit discouraging and hard to follow some of his exercises in the audiobook format.
Extraordinarily read book

There are degrees in hell and most titles here are annoying to listen to. The worst being them read by a computer voice and the best them being read like this one: lively and natural like a commercial audio book, but free!

I thought the book was a good introduction that balanced theory with practical application. It demystified hypnosis for me. The reader is great.
