A great book
Abdul Rahman
I found this book very helpful in shaping one's life, by following the instructions given by the author of this book we can achieve great things in life by using the power of consentration.
Dushyant Garg
This text particularly makes one aware of need of concentration and tries to lure the reader to achieve it by giving out benefits or the behemoth scale success one can have with concentration. the only part which doesn't impresses much is the theistic approach of writer, which is somehow reflected in the writing. For the exercise parts, they are about 20 if not more, but if you are reading for that purpose, I guess a 20 minute YouTube video would suffice.

Well, I started to listen The Power Of Concentration, keeping in mind to learn English and improving my English understanding, now I cut off some bad habits that gave me so many struggles with my studies and mental health

One of the most powerful books I’ve ever read. Everything that was written/said had so much truth in it. Made me realize my flaws and how to improve them in a healthy non self destructive manner. I recommend this for anyone struggling with depression, a lack of motivation. Or just looking for a positive mental boost.
Great title for those into self help

The book is well read and easily understood. The pace is good to help capture most everything. I will be listening to this several more times.
very encouraging

beautiful read and well written - I'll definitely listen few more times around
Kuro Yomihime
Very good listen. The lessons are bit generic and repetitive, but the message contained in these words is as valuable today as it was back when they were first put to paper.
It is an amazing book
