Science fiction (abbreviated SF or sci-fi with varying punctuation and case) is a broad genre of fiction that often involves sociological and technical speculations based on current or future science or technology. This is the third volume of reader-selected short stories originally published between 1941 and 1963, that entered the US public domain when their copyright was not renewed. Introduction by Cori Samuel with input from Wikipedia.

Mostly very good stories and reading

There’s a mix of stories here, some more to the horror than sci-fi but mostly a very good listen. Well worth my time, a couple I skipped due to poor audio but for the price you can’t complain!

A nice collection of sci-fi shorts.

A good selection of sci-fi shorts, the readers did pretty well.

One or two unlistenable ones, but still good.
