Marcus Green has just been discharged after a tour of duty in Iraq. Wounded and disfigured, Marcus returns to a life he barely recognizes... and that barely recognizes him. An engaging store about War veterans from a war that is still going on taking place in a part of the country that I've never been, and a culture I've never known. So I thought it was interesting.

This was the first audiobook I had ever listened to, and I was impressed with the way I got lost in the narration. The writing was very beautiful.
