The Shadow People

(5 Sterne)

For those "youngsters" out there who want to know about listening to horror programs on radio back in the day, I would suggest this program. It has to deal with evil spirits who live in the shadows and whisper. Try listening to this late at night with all the lights out. I triple dog dare you that you will be turning the lights by the mid station break.

These are great stories. I LOVE the OTR shows so much fun. You should give them a listen!

another winner!

yet another great horror / mystery / suspense series that doesn't have enough episodes!

Death on the Bayou episode

Pretty good story, except for the fact that the two black characters in the story are clearly played by two white voice actors attempting to imitate "black" speaking style. Unfortunately, they are just plain awful, if not laughable. It was not uncommon in OTR for white actor to play black roles, but the "black" characters in this episode play a major role in plot, so the bad vocalization is really annoying -- at least to me.

Not quite.

I listened to Hall of Fantasy on KSL when I was a kid when I was in Oregon, so I know it played. A little more research tells me your reference to KALL is correct, but by 52 it was syndicated on mutual stations.
