Basil Rathbone, best known for playing Sherlock Holmes was also a great actor in radio and showed his great talent in his 10 Cavalcade appearances. Playing great figures such as George Washington, Thomas Paine, John Adams, and Benedict Arnold, as well some obscure heroes such as Dr. Francis H. Brown.
