Sweet without being sappy. Romantic in the classic sense. The introduction opens the story with a delightful image of frothy, light lace; the conclusion [...spoiler deleted...]. The story was good, interesting, and the reader had a nice voice and accent; however the way she read (her use of inflection and emphasis, in particular) made the story feel broken and odd. I would have enjoyed it better if she had read it more smoothly, to make the story flow better. Otherwise a nice listen.
