Give it time

The story takes a little while to get exciting but is not boring. The story focuses on the film 1st. About half way in the mystery starts. About 3/4 in the mystery builds & that's where things get exciting. While the movie in the story is centered on & filmed in Egypt there isn't much Egyptology here. If you have zero interest in the subject you will still enjoy this book. Basically you're asking if the reason behind things is superstition or not. Thankfully, the story doesn't go into religion & it doesn't go into superstition deeply so everyone can enjoy this. I can't remember the last time a book held me in suspense so. I couldn't wait to finish it. The readers are all great although it would be even more helpful if Ellen slowed her reading down a bit.
A great story that was well read!
Seven Archers
I have never "read" anything by this author and was pleasanty surprised. It actually kept me on the edge of my seat a couple of times. The readers did an excellent job of reading and keeping the listener involved. I will definitely look at some of the other works by this author.
DO I HEAR A KNOCK?
AVID READER
A most imaginative and engrossing plot. It is interesting that the archeological scenario preceded the discovery of Tutunkamun. Well read.
Brett Miller
thoroughly enjoyable. the movie story is actually more enthralling than the supernatural one. the only drawback is the multiple readers.
Surprisingly good

A suspense novel a hundred years old? Could it feel new fresh and modern? Yes it could.
