Great Compilation- Very Effective!
Kerrigan
This brilliantly curated collection does the stuff. Between chronic pain and hot flashes, sleep is a much coveted commodity in my life. I’ve tried pills, herbal teas, hot milk, meditation, you name it. But “University Ideals, Past and Present” sends me right off. It’s better than a white noise machine. I collect parasols, so I was afraid the history of umbrellas might be too interesting to me to work, but no fear! Out like a light! Check out “volumes” 1 and 3, they’ve got other great stuff. “The First Thousand Digits of Pi”? Magic!
worked for me too!

the one about umbrellas and another about currents did the trick. even better , I had some really cool half- waking dreams listening to the the one about currents
My favorite is The Rules for Dueling
George Virginia
dueling was a common practice to settle disputes in the U.S. from the 1770's to the mid-1800's. in fact Alexander Hamilton died in a duel against Aaron Burr
Lulls me to sleep.
Karen Bromberg
Good book, however, better with one reader.
