Wonderful reading

Elizabeth Klett is the perfect reader.
What a story!

I really enjoyed this one! It's not very long as you can see, but it follows an individual through a sort of tangled emotional mess, the likes of which we have all experienced at one time or another. Of course probably not as elaborate, but one which will definitely resonate with the reader even so. I enjoyed a lovely range of emotions while listening to THE TOUCHSTONE. (Incidentally, the title is well chosen. Make sure to look up the definition of "touchstone" if it's unfamiliar!) AND WHAT A MARVELOUS, GIFTED READER, THANK YOU!!! She handles group conversations beautifully, distinguishing each speaker amazingly well!!
Painful and Wonderful!

A great short work by Edith Wharton. Any listener capable of empathy will feel all the emotional pain of her characters as they struggle with subtle, but significant matters of morality. Elizabeth Klett could not be better and conveys Wharton's tone magnificently.

I wasn't crazy about this book. The story was not as gripping or interesting as her other novels. I didn't like any of the characters! However as usual Elizabeth Klett read it so well!

Great reader! Story is interesting as it made me ask was his act moral or not and did this taint the rest of his life and actions.
Wharton Novella

Wharton's ability to put deep characters into a seemingly complex situation; only to redeem them at the end is is quite nicely read.

A very enjoyable listen which kept me interested all the way through the book. The narrator is superb!

In this early novella Wharton displays her emerging powers of story telling. Nicely read by Ms Klett.
