Science fiction is a genre encompassing imaginative works that take place in this world or that of the author’s creation where anything is possible. The only rules are those set forth by the author. The speculative nature of the genre inspires thought and plants seeds that have led to advances in science. The genre can spark an interest in the sciences and is cited as the impetus for the career choice of many scientists. It is a playing field to explore social perspectives, predictions of the future, and engage in adventures unbound into the richness of the human mind. - Summary by A. Gramour (6 hr 14 min)

Reviews

some very good tales

(4 stars)

A mixed bag of readers, a good selection of stories. Used People Lot was fun, Dead Ringer was a great reading too. Not sure why LibriVox has the same stories read by multiple readers. There must be at least 3 versions of Keep Off

bad readers on some stories.

I mean come on really? redo some of these stories they are in listenable. you really are doing some authors an injustice. nothing against the readers but if the stories are supposed to be in English then have English speaking people. common sense.

I can't get enough of this series
