My favourite author but his 3 stories? So brief!
Captain Felix
Frank Herbert is my all time favourite writer. His Dune series I've read dozens of times & will never tire from them. However these stories are like sci-fi pamphlets in comparison! So I'll be brief. The 1st was a bit dissapointing but the 2nd & 3rd were good & easy to listen to.Especially in the 3rd story where the couple in question were taken to a place a little further out than they expected. It ends with a beautiful twist that I almost expect from such a high quality & prolific writer. And also thank you Mr Chenevert,l did enjoy the story just as much as I enjoyed the way it was read. You add a new variety of differences to the characters without unneccessarily overdoing it.Theres no parody in your voice which I think is refreshing.💯% ✔✔✔. Btw, do your best to preserve moisture...well only when your on a planet 4 times the size of earth where every square inch is sand & it has NEVER rained.(I'll be 92 yrs when Dune becomes Public Domain or more likely pushing up daisies!)

this was my first time listening to a Frank Herbert book, and I really enjoyed it! It was easy to follow, and all the stories were fun and fast paced. Phill Chenevert is my favorite reader, so the narration was perfect!

Extremely well read. Reading probably better than the prose but a nice distraction.
A LibriVox Listener
It’s nice to hear something different from one of the obvious masters of science fiction.
