Theodore Beza

Theodore Beza, born in 1519 in Vezelai, France, was a key figure in the Reformation and a close collaborator of John Calvin. An accomplished theologian, Beza succeeded Calvin as the leader of the Protestant movement in Geneva. His scholarly contributions, particularly in the field of biblical studies and church governance, laid the groundwork for Reformed theology.
